Valentines Day with Love Layla Designs

With just over three weeks until Valentines day, the pressure is on to find the perfect card! Gaz and I don’t take Valentines day too seriously, Gaz usually gives me a token card followed by a ten minute rant about how he can be romantic any time he likes (I’m still waiting for that day) and how it’s all gone way too commercial and a little bit crazy. And in some ways I do agree with him, I know that on the 14th February my Facebook will be filled with photos of extravagant bouquets and expensive gifts, leaving the rest of us feeling a little bit hard done by.

So I guess that’s why I’m a fan of Love Layla Designs, an on line store who design and print hilarious, cheeky and down right rude Greetings Cards for every occasion. With their tongue in cheek captions, littered with humour, laughter and often swear words, they never fail to bring out a childish snigger or even a nervous giggle!

When it comes to Valentines Day, Love Layla is very different to other greetings cards out there and shuns hearts and flowers in favour of something far more hilarious!

Whilst some of the cards are quite tame, and sure to raise a smile, I will warn you that others aren’t quite as PG!! With sexual references and swearing, they aren’t the kind of cards you could have displayed on your mantel piece when your Mother in Law came to visit, and yet they are undeniably wickedly funny!

They do have some more family friendly designs, which are perfect if you want something different but have children of reading age!

I love that each card is posted discretely in a hard backed envelope to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Each card is blank inside so you can add a personal touch with a little message for the one you love. At just £3.75 you can even splash out and buy two – one for the mantelpiece and one for your own amusement!

As well as cards you can buy balloons, witty badges, wine labels, calendars and wrapping paper. With 10 years experience within the Graphic Design and Prapping rint industry, Love Layla design all of their own cards and can promise originality in abundance.

Love Layla is not for the easily offended, but if you have someone in your life who appreciates a little wickedness, you really need to look no further!!
