Scentco review & giveaway!

Everyone who knows me will tell you, I love stationery. I’ve shared my obsession before, the fact that I have a whole pile of notebooks, all too pretty to bring myself to write in, a stack of pens and pencils, post it notes and drawing pins. Take me to a stationery shop and I’m in my element!

I think my love of stationery stems back from being a child. There was nothing quite as exciting as a brand new pencil case every September, a brand spanking new note pad and if you were really lucky – scented felt tip pens!! So you can imagine my excitement when I discovered that not only do they still do scented felt tip pens, but there is a whole range of scented stationery from Scentco!

I have to tell you that when I opened our package, the smell was AMAZING!! The pencil case smelt of cupcakes, with the sweetest little rubber which attaches to the zip, and each case holds one pack of Smens or Smencils.

The Neon Smens were Eva’s favourite, with four gel ink pens in lemon & lime, tangerine, watermelon and tutti frutti, she couldn’t stop sniffing them!

The Sketch & Sniff scented gel crayons were equally fun with the bubble gum and cotton candy a firm favourite with the girls. The scent is emitted from the crayon itself making your pictures smell amazing!

We were very excited to try the Colored Scented Pencils, and intrigued by the fact that they are made from 100% recycled newspapers! Each pencil is kept in it’s own recyclable tube for extra freshness, and the smell when we took them out was delicious! From orange lollipop to strawberry cupcakes, the scents are spot on!

Scento even have scented notebooks and sketchbooks, and we loved our frosted donut and cherry scented ones! Each pad comes with it’s own scented pencil and Eva instantly asked could she take hers to school the next day to show her friends.

My favourite thing about the Scentco products is that they all come with a two year scent guarantee! I also love that there are no chemical smells to the pens and they all smell exactly as you would imagine them to. My only negative to the Scento range is that all of those scents made me crave donuts, cupcakes and ice cream!!

I love these products, but you don’t have to take my word for it. I am giving one lucky reader the chance to win a whole Scentco bundle including –

  • Scentco pencil case
  • Sketch pad
  • Note pad
  • Neon gel ink pens
  • Colored scented pencils
