Mothers Day Gift Guide ** WIN **

I can’t actually believe that we are already in March, with Mothers Day just around the corner! The weeks are flying by and I still haven’t bought a gift for my own Mum, and I’m pretty sure Gaz hasn’t even thought about mine either! I’ve put together a Mothers Day Gift Guide for all ages, budgets and interests.

1. Vie Naturals Moroccan Hammam Spa Gift Set

For Mums who deserve to be pampered this Moroccan Hammam Gift Set from Vie Naturals has everything you need. 2. Silver Locket from Hersey & Son

I love jewellery and I think a silver locket is such a classic piece. This beautiful silver heart locket from Hersey & Son.  is perfect for all ages. Hersey & Son is one of the few remaining traditional silversmiths in the UK and have been making jewellery since 1955. Many of their pieces can be engraved to create something personalised and each comes with a silver hallmark stamp, free delivery option and beautifully packaged. I love this locket and at just £35 it’s a very affordable way to buy a timeless piece for someone special.

3. Red Fox Mug from Carder & Mason

I recently discovered Carder & Mason and they have such an amazing website with so many gorgeous gift ideas! I love this Red Fox mug in a beautiful watercolour design with coloured inside and handle. The mug comes in a choice of colours to fit any interior scheme and is both dishwasher and microwave safe – so necessary for us Mums! Priced at £8.99 I think this is a great price for such a high quality mug and I know, as a fan of foxes, I would love to receive this on Mothers Day morning…preferably in bed, filled with hot chocolate and marshmallows!

4. Adexe Free Runner Petite Pink

Adexe have fast become my absolute favourite brand of watch and I have been lucky enough to add several to my collection. The new Adexe Free Runner Petite Pink may well be a firm favourite with a gorgeous pale pink face, hand made genuine leather strap with an adjustable spring bar, and polished stainless steel surround. All Adexe watches come in the most gorgeous gift box and are such good quality whilst being super stylish. Many of their watches, this one included, have been featured in Vogue and we all know it doesn’t get much better than that! With a RRP of £95 this is such a gorgeous gift for Mum’s this Mothers Day!

5. Succulent Pots from Red Candy

I am all about a succulent and this trio of succulent pots from Red Candy are amazing! In a stylish Geometric design, you get three concrete pots each with a faux succulent inside, and you would never know they weren’t real! We have them in our bathroom and everyone always comments on how stylish they look and even better, I don’t have to worry about taking care of them like real plants! Priced at £30.60 these are a great addition to any household.

6. Mummy Loves Organics Melting Body Candle

I am a HUGE fan of Mummy Loves Organics and there Melting Body Candles are a real must have! My favourite is the Beautiful – Stress Relieving candle, for obvious reasons, and it smells amazing! Scented with Palma Rosa, Mandarin and Frankincense to relieve stress and anxiety, and also reduce stretch marks, it contains a blend of soy and exotic butters and oils, combined with scented essences, to relieve fatigue and an overtired body and mind.

The idea is that you light the candle, enjoy the aroma, and once a pool of oil has formed you drizzle it over your body and enjoy a relaxing massage – courtesy of your other half this Mothers Day. It’s the very least we deserve, right? Priced at £35 these candles really are the perfect gift!

7. Phil Smith hair products

Ever since I’ve had the kids my hair has been in such bad condition, constantly feeling lack lustre and very dry at the ends. I would love to receive a bundle of Phil Smith hair products this Mothers Day to give my hair a really good pampering! The Total Treat range is great for doing exactly that and with shampoo, conditioner, transforming Argan Oil and cream, as well as a dry shampoo, there is something for everyone! Prices start at just £2.50 making this such an affordable brand with great results!

8. Sweet Wild Designs Print

If you’re wanting to buy your Mum something for the home, Sweet Wild Designs have so many beautiful and whimsical gifts to choose from. Helen creates original artwork, also available as art prints, alongside unique and inspiring mugs and cushions. I love how passionate she is about using colour and appreciating the beauty of nature, with many of her paintings depicting animals and flowers. I definitely recommend taking a look over at her shop here! 

9. Rhubarb Gin

Well it’s hardly a Mothers Day gift guide without alcohol, is it? I am all about the gin this year and this Rhubard Gin from Yumbles is delicious! Using rhubarb juice, blended with award-winning Stratford gin, the result is a deliciously sweet and tangy gin which is amazing with ginger ale or aromatic tonic! In the interest of this gift guide I had to try it for myself (any excuse!) and I have to say it is up there as one of my favourite gins of all time! Priced at £33 for 50cl I definitely recommend it for any gin lovers!

10. Lytic Gel Cleanser

I love a good cleanser and on Mothers Day it’s always lovely to get a really good quality one! The Lytic Gel Cleanser is made from Willow Bark Extract, Menthol, Date Fruit Extract and Marshmallow Extract, and smells every bit as lovely as you’d imagine! Formulated to remove oils, dead skin cells, eliminate harmful microbes, and relieve and soothe your skin, it is ideal for those with oily or problem skin, and conditions such as acne, dermatitis, eczema and psoriases. I have been really struggling with dermatitis over the Winter months and having used this for the last few weeks I can honestly say it really works. RRP £29.50.

11. Nanshy Make Up Brushes

I absolutely love this Make Up Brush set from Nanshy in a gorgeous pearlescent white. The Gobsmack Glamorous set collection includes

12. Port Meirion Cup and Saucer

One of my favourite websites for buying gifts is Port Meirion where they have the best selection of good quality porcelain. I love this cup and saucer set from Sara Miller, an award winning british designer who expresses her passion for travel and her love for different cultures in her art. Sharing the same commitment to beautiful, sophisticated and stylish designs, Sara Miller London and Portmeirion have collaborated to create the Chelsea collection – an enchanting fine porcelain afternoon tea collection that’s bright and beautiful with stunning Gold detailing. It is absolutely stunning and the colours are so bright and cheerful, just what you need with your morning cup of tea!

13. Port Meirion Cake Stand

Also in the same collection is this gorgeous cake stand which is a lovely way to enjoy afternoon tea at home. With three tiers, measuring 27cm, 20cm and 15cm, the cake stand is made from Fine China with gold details. It comes in a really beautiful gift box so it’s ready to gift to someone special and I know I would love to wake up to this on Mothers day morning, preferably filled with cake!

14. Asda Slate Desk Panel

I’ve shared before how I love personalised gifts and Asda have some fantastic products available this Mothers Day! I think these slate desk panels are so unusual and are a great way to showcase your favourite photos in your home. The chiselled edge naturally frames your photo and is easily displayed using the included stand ready to prop up and admire each day. With prices starting at just £11 they are an absolute bargain and really good quality too! 

15. Asda Photo Make Up bag

Also in the Mothers Day collection Asda photo have these fantastic make up bags which can be personalised with a photograph of your choice and used alongside several designs. Made with high quality canvas and a padded lining, these bags are practical whilst still being a lovely personal gift for your Mum. I know with my parents travelling so much this is a great gift for my Mum and she would love to open her wash bag each morning and see the grandchildren beaming out at her from the front. 16. Dash Cam

Now I’m not saying I’m a bad driver but I do think I could benefit from a Dash Cam. I have been known to bump my car on occasion and I have always wished I’d had a Dash Cam when it came to insurance purposes! I love these glasses from Thumbs Up in a gorgeous diamond cut design made from high quality Borosilicate glass. They are perfect for spirits, stand alone at an angle, and have a 300ml capacity. Although they are not dishwasher safe, they are beautiful to look at and a really unique addition to your glass collection. Priced at £19.99 they are a lovely gift and if you can’t afford real diamonds this Mothers Day, I’m sure these will go down a treat!

18. B Loved Candle

B Loved have the most gorgeous selection of candles, each one hand poured and specially formulated designs to suit your needs. I love the Balancer candle, designed to balance yourself making it perfect for tired Mum’s! It has a scent of geranium which is great for anxiety, stress and nervous tension, something which I know way too much about! It also contains patchouli which is uplifting and grounding, and bergamot which has a rich, citrus, fruity scent and is great or relieving tension.

I think when it comes to Mothers day, or just gifts in general, you can’t go wrong with a candle and at £15.50 I think this is a real thoughtful gift for a Mum who just needs a little pick me up from the stress of parenting. I know I do!

I LOVE the ritual of making a proper pot of tea and taking time out for myself (with a slice of cake, obviously) and the colours on those pieces are just absolutely divine.   276. I’d love to win the dashcam, we don’t own one, and it would be good to have ‘another pair of eyes’ on the road recording all the time. Some drivers take stupid risks and, in the event of any incident, a dashcam offers proof of what happened, should an incident occur. It would offer peace of mind when we’re all in the car, especially on long trips.
