Review: Little Live Bizzy Bubs
The girl’s favourite thing to play wth is undoubtedly their dolls. Over the last six years we’ve had just about every doll you can think of, some so tiny they fit in the palm of your hand and some so big they are over half the size of the girls themselves. But the one doll we didn’t have, and one that the girls ask for every time the advert comes on the television, is a Bizzy Bub doll.
New to the Little Live collection for 2018, from Moose Toys and distributed by Character Options, are Little Live Bizzy Bubs. These little bundles of joy are full of life and personality and even better, there are on the go! We were lucky enough to be sent two Bizzy Bubs dolls, one for each of the girls.
Each doll has it’s own unique bio telling you all about their personality and you can collect them all. We were sent Snowbeam (above left) who is always aiming for top spot no matter what! She keeps her cool and even breaks a rule or two to get what she wants. It didn’t surprise me when Megan claimed her! Primmy (above right) is a prim and proper little princess. Confident and bright, she’s a sparkling sight admired by all her followers. If there’s a job to do, she’s the baby to do it!
Each doll comes with a colour co-ordinating dummy and bottle which fits into their mouth and causes the doll to make sucking noises on the dummy or feeding noises on the bottle.
The dolls also have removable hair which my girls loved, meaning you can switch between dolls to change their appearance.
Each doll has an on and off switch and also a magic nappy pin button which you can press to reveal their special action. Whilst Snowbeam can walk, Primmy can crawl!
The dolls are larger than I thought they would be, but still small enough to hold in a child’s hand and really enjoy playing with. Eva loved feeding the dolls and repeatedly told me how utterly adorable her baby was. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the children play with age appropriate toys and Bizzy Bubs are definitely the kind of toy that I would have loved when I was their age.
Individual Bizzy Bub dolls are priced at £14.99 and there are four dolls to collect – Primmy, Snowbeam, Poppy and Polly Petals. You can also buy larger play sets, the Cute Carrier (£22.99) with exclusive doll Swirlee, and the Cute Crib (£22.99) with exclusive doll Gracie. Of course my girls are now desperate for the play sets but I also know that they would get so much enjoyment out of them too!

Pops has one of these from Christmas and loves it. I do think it’s pretty pricey for a small kids toy but not much isn’t these days haha.
Yes I agree, everything is expensive these days, I try to measure a toys value in how much play we will get out of it. xx
I am expecting my sister to soon want one of these. I haven’t seen them in Spain or France yet (although I am not familiar with the toys aisle). They seem good fun!

Those look really cute. I like the idea of removable hair and the fact that they all actually do something. You need a bit of interactivity to keep a child’s interest.
I agree, its always great to have a unique feature and we don’t have any dolls with removable hair in our house! xx

These are so cute, my daughter would love them and she is 9. She makes me laugh because when she was little she was never really into dolls but the older she gets the more she loves dolls 🙂

I love how they each come with there own little stories to give them personality. I’m so glad Eva loved her doll and you all got joy out of them.

I’ve been on the lookout for things to get my daughter for her birthday next month, and these sound like a good option, though a little pricey for what you get
Yes I think most toys are pricey these days aren’t they, especially if they “do” something. The girls love them though and in that way it would have been money well spent. xx
