Happy Valentines Day with L.O.L Surprise
Valentines is the perfect opportunity to show those you love just how much they mean to you and, for Eva and Megan, there is nobody they love more than their BFF’s….eachother!!

From the moment that Megan came along, when Eva was just 15 months old, the two of them have been inseparable and the older they get the closer that bond grows.

When we were asked to take part in the L.O.L Surprise Valentines day, the girls couldn’t wait to receive some of their favourite dolls to share together.

They were also very excited to send Valentines cards to each other, sharing the reasons why they were each others best friend. I felt quite emotional as they listed all of the reasons, there were way too many to fit into just one card.

“Thank you Eva!” Megan said, “We got the same card because we look the same!”.

Then came the best part, opening their L.O.L surprise dolls! For those who haven’t heard of L.O.L Surprise before, they are a series of dolls which come hidden inside several layers with a surprise in each! There are accessories, stickers, even colour changing dolls, and my girls are absolutely obsessed with all of them!

New for Spring 2018 is the L.O.L Surprise! Confetti Pop, RRP £10.99 which has nine layers instead of seven!

Hidden amongst the first layer is a clue as to what lies in store and this is always my girls favourite part trying to work out which doll they will get!

By revealing further layers you can find little stickers or transfer tattoos, and the excitement builds as they get closer to the middle!

The L.O.L Surprise! Confetti Pop is different to the others we have tried, the central ball has a top which spins to reveal little panels you can open to retrieve the accessories – shoes, clothes, bags and sunglasses.

The final hidden package is the L.O.L Surprise doll and yet unlike other L.O.L Surprise toys, there is one last surprise in store.

Opening the final reveals a ribbon, inviting you to pull and reveal the confetti pop! The ball actually pops open showing you with pink and white confetti! The children absolutely loved that part, although weren’t quite as happy about clearing it up!
The girls were also excited to exchange L.O.L Surprise Lil Sister dolls, RRP £5.99 which contain smaller versions of the dolls and the accessories from both can be mixed and matched.

“That was my favourite Valentines Day!” Eva told Megan, “I love you so much!”.
And my heart just about burst.

Aww those cards to each other are just the cutest! What a lovely idea for Valentine’s Day 🙂
They are super cute aren’t they? xx
Oh bless them! And I think I was getting as excited as the girls as I was reading down your post!! I couldn’t wait to see what dolls they got 🙂 how many different dolls are there? I used to love things like this when I was their age x
Over forty! And my girls want them all! xx
Aww how cute are they! I love that they are each other’s BFFs and they have so much love for one another! LOL Suprise seem to be one of the go to toys at the moment I keep hearing about them.
I love the idea of going through a series of clues to get to the ‘LOL surprise’ doll at the end and it is great that they have increased the amount of layers that the doll is hidden in. And I also think it is so sweet that they see each other as BFF’s, a sisterly bond is so precious isn’t it? Before you know it they will have grown before your very own eyes!
Ahh they do grow so fast! I LOVE that they always have each other though, they are so close! xx
How sweet that your girls get along so well! I don’t have kids so I’m not familiar with these dolls but they look like something I would’ve loved when I was little.
Thank you Ann, they are the best of friends! xx

We have a 7yo in the house next week who has declared that she would love a LOL doll for her birthday! I was showing your girls to my younger two today as examples of sisters that don’t fight all the time! Its been that sort of half term.
Oh no Helen! If it’s any consolation my youngest two fight like cat and dog! xx
Such a great idea to keep kids engaged when they get the toy at the end. It looks like a brilliant idea!
It’s such a good idea, the surprise at the end is so exciting for them! xx
Your girls are truly adorable. So cute that they sent eachother a card. The L.O.L. dolls are such a fab idea; I love that there are surprises through the unwrapping, and the confetti at the end is just wonderful. My not so small girls (now 17 and 19) would have been thrilled with these when they were little.
Ahh thank you. I hope your daughters grew up close too? I really hope that my girls never lose that bond. xx
What beautiful girls. It is so heartwarming to hear how close they are, Sebastian adore baby Humphrey and I often wonder how they will be as they grow so this is very uplifting xc

Thank you! Yes I think when you have kids you just have to accept that things are going to cost you. It’s all relative, and actually my girls get a lot of play out of these dolls! xx
Oh they’re so beautiful! I have 15 months between my oldest girls too. They fight like cat and dog, but they’re the best BFFs 🙂 Oh… and they love L.O.L. Surprise too! x
