As many of you know, I suffer with insomnia and have done for a very long time. Part of this is down to issues I have with my posture which trigger excruciating headaches and neck pain as soon as my head touches the pillow. So what did I think?

The first night I tried it was the first time as far as I can remember when I haven’t woken up with a pain in my neck and a throbbing headache! I was able to sleep in my favoured position on my front with my head to one side without triggering my neuralgia pain or experiencing numbness in my arms and hands. In that way, it was a massive success!

The idea for this pillow is genius, and with it being a patented design you won’t find anything else like it. Although the price tag is a little higher than I would usually pay at £99, for a good nights sleep it’s worth every penny!
