** WIN ** “Goes to Sleep” Personalised Children’s Bedtime Book

Bedtime in our house has always been manic, as you would expect in the days we had a newborn, a one year old, a two year old and a ten year old. By the time I’d bathed each of them, read them a story, and finally got them settled, I’d be ready for bed myself! Now with the children that little bit older I’d love to sit here and tell you that we have got it covered, that the kids go to bed without a word of complaint and fall asleep as soon as their heads hit the pillow – but I’d be lying!

As a result I am always searching for ideas to make our bedtime routine a little easier and when I was introduced to the “Goes to Sleep” bedtime book for children, I was really interested to learn more.

‘Goes to Sleep’ is a personalised children’s bedtime book featuring your child throughout. You can select a girl or boy, their hair colour, skin tone and preview each spread.

Using proven methods from world renown hospitals, The Children’s Sleep Charity and leading children’s sleep specialists, to help you develop a highly effective Bedtime Routine, the book is recommended for children between the ages of 6 months to 5 years, although older children would still enjoy it I’m sure.

I love anything personalised, and find that my children relate far better to stories they can actually imagine themselves being a part of. With the ‘Goes to sleep’ book tried and tested, I am hopeful that this will make a real difference and help parents whose children aren’t quite as keen to sleep!

We are offering one lucky winner the chance to win their own personalised ‘Goes to sleep’ book, RRP £16.99 simply by entering via the link below. The winner will be notified via email at close of giveaway on 3rd Feb. Good luck!

My youngest Granddaughter is only 18 days old so isn’t really focusing in on anything yet and my 4 year old has to be her Disney princess castle.

Bed times in our household start of quite nicely, bath, book and then bed…….and then that’s when the nightmare begins!!! Both my children (I swear) don’t need as much sleep as what I do, up and down the stairs all night with new reasons to talk to me etc lol. It can only get better!

It can be quite stressful when they don’t want to go to bed, although when they are there they fall asleep quite quickly when having a story.

Bed time has always been calm and easy with my children. I have always stuck to a routine which works for us. They both love me to read them a bedtime story then sing a couple of gentle nursery rhymes before saying night night.

I actually find having to read a nice story to my little man quite therapeutic for myself…but I have to be careful as it often sends me off to sleep too and I still have things to do like ironing, washing, cleaning etc 😉
