Best gane we ever played was called Bomb. Basically a word association game, set against a countdown timer that you pass around.

It was Leo’s birthday in January and we bought him a Giggle Wiggle game. He absolutely loves it. As the music plays and the caterpillar wiggles, Leo dances along with it. My phone is now full of gorgeous videos of him playing this game and wiggling when he is waiting for his turn.

We like boggle as it’s small and contained so you can travel with it, you can play for 2 minutes or 2 hours, you can make slightly different rules for different ages to level up the playing field and it reaches them how to spell small words, how to spot words, how to join letters etc
We all love playing Rummikub, even the littlest members of the family can play by matching the shapes of the numbers and the colours
