One of Lewis’s favourite toys as a small child was Playmobil and it was a sad day all round when he finally outgrew it and we packed it all away. When I had Eva, Megan and Harry, I was surprised, and so happy, to discover that Playmobil was still going strong and actually, was better than ever!
With all of the lovely features that I remember, there is now the addition of even bigger play sets, even more features, and most of all, even more ways to play. I absolutely love the Furnished Fashion Mall, a huge play set featuring so many fun shops and characters.
As with all Playmobil sets the Furnished Fashion Mall comes with countless pieces to play with, from a cash machine with actual money, fun outfits, handbags, potted plants and cashier desks. Playmobil really do think of everything!
With a fully functioning elevator to the second floor, there are countless boutiques to shop in for clothes, bags, sports wear and even a bridal store!
I think the cash point will be a real favourite with children, and this is just one of the many reasons I love Playmobil. They take true to life scenarios that children see in their every day lives, and transform them into a useable, and fun playset to really allow a child’s imagination to grow.
Once the shopping adventures are complete, visitors can even relax and enjoy a refreshing treat in the café area! I think that this is such a fun toy, recommended for children ages 5 and over, and a really good size for siblings to play with together too.
One thing I really love about Playmobil is that the sets are interlinking, so you can add to your collection at any time to create one huge play set. I think that this would make an amazing gift that will really grow with your child.
