Anyone who follows me will know that I love photographs – both taking them and collecting them to look back on over the years. We’ve had some gorgeous photo gifts over the years for ourselves, and that we have given to friends and family, but when My 1st Photos got in touch to share their products, I can honestly say I’ve seen anything similar out there.
Set up by Nadine and Sarah, two mums who met whilst pregnant, My 1st Photos Ltd began in 2018 where the two of them taught themselves to sew, print and design, to create the most amazing photo book completely aimed at children!
My 1st photo albums are customisable, hand made, and created from 100% soft polyester. With the original album you can choose up to 10 photographs, or customised text, and have a beautiful album made for your little one to cherish.
I love the idea of having this beautiful keepsake as baby grows – to enjoy together at first, and later popped into a school bag as a comforter for nursery or school. I can imagine my children would have found huge comfort in this during those days when they were scared of the dark or their first sleep over.
Although my children are now older, I still think this is something they would adore and it would certainly save a lot of panic on my behalf when they man handle the family albums or be a little too rough with glass frames! I also think it’s a gift I will be buying for our friends on their baby’s christening days and first birthdays. Be sure to check out their range of albums, quilts, bunting and comforters over on their website here.
We are offering a customised My 1st Photos album to one lucky winner, worth £25, simply by entering via the link below. The winner will be chosen at random and notified via email at close of giveaway on 27th January. Good luck!
