Despicable Me: Radio control inflatable Fluffy
If there’s one film which is guaranteed to entertain the whole family, it’s Despicable Me. We have been huge fans since the very first movie, following the adventures of Gru, laughing at the crazy little minions and admiring the girls favourite character, Fluffy. With Despicable 3 out at the cinema earlier this month we couldn’t wait to see it, and it didn’t disappoint. In fact I would go as far as saying that, for me personally, it’s my favourite of the three!
With Despicable 3 reigniting the children’s obsession, you can imagine their excitement when the lovely people at Bladez Toyz sent us the most adorable radio control jumbo inflatable Fluffy!
We’ve had a few radio control toys in the past that have been great in theory but, for little hands, the handset itself has been too tricky. The fact that this is aimed at children aged three years and over means that it has been designed with exactly that in mind, and the remote couldn’t be easier to use. With a 360 degree spin at the touch of a button, as well as the basic forward and back, the children had no issues whatsoever with the handset, the only issue we had was learning to be a little patient whilst they waited for their turn!
We love that Fluffy works just as well on carpet as it does laminate, and even outside on the patio too. We also love that because it is so lightweight it goes quite fast, so the children had so much fun chasing each other around the house, squealing with excitement as they ran away from it. I was also pleased that because it’s an inflatable, every time they hit my skirting boards or my glass TV cabinet, I didn’t flinch in fear of chipped paint or a nasty accident, as it simply bumped straight back off!
I also love that, despite being such a great size, Fluffy can also be deflated. The children have so many big toys which can’t be placed away in a cupboard or pushed under the bed when we have guests over, so this was such a refreshing change! It’s also come at a great time for us going away on holiday next week and can easily be packed away in the suitcase when the children inevitably ask to take a selection of toys from home.
We couldn’t find a single thing that we disliked about this toy and currently at just £24.99 at The Entertainer I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and for those who are minion mad there is also a Mel and Tom version!
This is still a film I haven’t got around to seeing yet! I love the franchise so will have to catch it soon. The toy looks fab, would make a great gift.

This looks great, I think my 3 year old would really like it. I have yet to see any of the films but we’ve just discovered my other half looks exactly like Gru. Its quite scary to be honest! ??

That looks so adorable! We watched the new Despicable Me movie over the weekend. Admittedly, the three of us didn’t enjoy it as much as the other past movies. But hey, the minions will always make us laugh 😉

I’ve seen a few of these toys before, and they seem quite fun, I think I would definitely need to wait until we’ve moved to a bigger house though, as we have no room just now!
Ah yes they do require a little floor space, although they work outside too! xx

Omg.. I don’t have kids and I want this! This is so adorable! I love the Despicable Me movies and my nieces and nephews do as well. I’m also an elementary emphasis for my major so all things kids are great to me.

My two have both suddenly got into the minions. My mother in law has just asked if there’s any DVD’s they would like and I think I need to say everyone that contains a minion! Isabelle would especially love this to play with and no doubt chase Charlie with xx
