Luxury Valentine’s Gifts for the Hubby

Valentine’s Day is almost here, which means that couples young and old will be searching high and low for the ideal gift that encapsulates your feelings for one another. For those that are in the position to do so, luxury presents are equal parts meaningful and thoughtful – so what would the husband desire?

Whether your other half likes to look the part, wine and dine at the finest establishments or work on his golf game at the weekends (perhaps a combination of all three), below you will find a selection of fine choices that your mister will be sure to love.

Dinner at Clos Maggiore

If you really want to spoil your husband this Valentine’s Day, or as a gift for each other, book a table at the famous Clos Maggiore in Covent Garden, London. This French-influenced restaurant features one of the finest wine lists in Europe and meals to die for. It will be an expensive evening out, but an evening in the company of Clos Maggiore is certainly worth the extravagantly priced cuisine.

Golf Holiday

Does your husband spend as much time perfecting his golf swing as he does actually watching the game? If so, then imagine the delight on his face if you were to book him onto a golfing holiday either with you or with his golfing friends. If you are partial to the game then yourself, then let romance blossom on the green (or in the rough).

Bracelets

Who doesn’t love something that just oozes class? Men love their accessories just as much as women and a luxury bracelet is something that you can guarantee they will love. For an extra slice of sentimentality (if that is your thing), why not get a personalised engraving on your husband’s new bracelet – you could have the day you met, your names or wedding date inscribed on the bracelet. New Tech

Boys and their toys, nothing will come between them! Gadgets and new technology are always favourites with men, especially the self-confessed geeks! A new laptop, computer, games console or tablet would certainly show not only how much you love him, but how much you love his inner geek. If your budget doesn’t quite stretch as far as this, then why not buy him a new set of headphones or computer games that he will get equally as much pleasure out of? Or you could buy him some refurbished tech from a high end specialist like Freestyll.

Wine

If your husband much prefers some of the finer offerings in life, then he no doubts always looks for the finest bottle of wine that he can get his hands on. The wine connoisseur is particular in his approach, knowing what he likes and, more importantly, what he doesn’t like. If you know your husband, you will be able to tell his favourite label from what he wouldn’t even waste the time looking at. This is a present that you will also be able to reap the benefits of.

Godiva Chocolate

Another present for him, for you – Godiva is the crème de la crème when it comes to premium chocolate. All those that come before pale in comparison to Belgium’s finest export and if you are uncertain why, then you simply have never tried Godiva. A selection of signature truffles doesn’t have to cost the earth – it might at first appear pricey, but the exquisite taste of the delicious chocolate makes seemingly at first excessive valuation a sure-fire bargain.

  2. My better half is a simple man and does not “demand” or “drop hints” that he is wanting a gift or something of that sort. I get him one anyway. If I were to choose from your list, I think he would like a box of Godiva chocolates. He can not say “no” to that. 🙂
