For those who haven’t heard of Project Mc2 (although shame on you if you haven’t!), it’s a fab series aimed at kids, set in a fictional city called Maywood Glem in California, and revolves around STEM subjects and the adventures of McKeyla McAlister and her best friends. The girls work for a government organisation called NOV8 (pronounced innovate), a highly secretive group of female government operatives who are trying to protect the world. In short, they are amazing role models and the show promotes all of the values I want to instil in my children. Safe to say, we love it!
Off the back of the series there are some amazing Mc2 toys on the market and the Mc2 Ultimate Makeover Bag is one of our favourites!
This is so much more than just a child’s make up kit, you can actually make your own make up using scientific experiments. Create your own custom nail polish, lip gloss, hair mascara, and crayon makeup and then store all your secrets in the super chic lab station disguised as a fashion backpack.
The set includes the backpack itself, lip gloss pen, nail polish pen, hair mascara tube, cosmetic jar, 2 pipettes, experiment booklet, and makeup ingredients: crayon wheel with 6 colours, shimmer nail polish base, nail polish colourant, and scented glitter lip gloss.
The backpack features a stand for your smartphone to use as a mirror, take selfies, watch videos or make your own video!
