Win INTIMINA Laselle Exerciser & Lily Cup B worth over £45

As women I often think we get the raw end of the deal when it comes to periods and taking care of our pelvic floor. Post children many women find that not only are their periods very different, but their pelvic floor isn’t too great either, and that’s where INTIMINA have some great products to help us out!

INTIMINA Laselle Exerciser

The INTIMINA Laselle Exerciser is one of the ultimate pelvic floor devices and helps to build strength and tone fast. The Laselle Exerciser are easy to use weights that take your intimate training to the next level.

Available in three progressive weights and coated in the smoothest medical grade silicone, the exercisers help you to contract and lift your pelvic floor muscles correctly which in turn improves bladder and bowel control, reduces the risk or prolapse, improves recovery from childbirth and gynaecological surgery, and increases sexual sensation and orgasm potential (well there’s a bonus!).

With a trio of weights to suit all needs, the set includes 28kg, 38kg and 48kg and as you improve you can simply up the weights or even link them together. The set is priced at £26.96 and is available from Boots.com.
