Surviving the back to school germs with BioCare ** WIN **
I’m sure I’m not the only one who dreads this time of year, when the children go back to school, the weather changes, and the germs spread like wild fire!! Already this year we have had countless germs, viruses and infections, and I’ve reached the point where enough is enough. We are taking measures to make sure that we get through the Autumn/Winter feeling as fit and healthy as possible, and thanks to BioCare I think we’ve got it sorted.
The first thing for me is making sure that we are eating a healthy diet and getting enough exercise, not to mention having enough sleep and taking care of ourselves in general. But after that, especially at this time of year, I think supplements are so important and BioCare covers both children and adults, with a fab range of products to make sure we all stay as fit as possible.
With Biocare Red Berry BioMelts to give an all in one solution of live bacteria and vitamin D, they taste great and melt on the tongue meaning children are more than happy to take them! Priced at £17.99 for 28 sachets, they are convenient and can even be used on the go.
We also love the BioCare Complete Complex, a pleasant tasting powder multinutrient for children. With all of their vital nutrients, as well as Vitamin D and iodine for normal growth and development of children, they are priced at £25.96 for a two month supply.

For adults, the NT Complex is a unique, high potency combination of L-theanine, lemon balm, chamomile, lavender, magnesium taurate and B-vitamins to support a balanced nervous system. With B vitamins to support energy production, priced at £25.96, they are vital for active adults, and particularly for me, as a busy Mum!
Lastly we love Methyl Multinutrients which, although a little more expensive at £30.95, are packed with vital nutrients including Quatrefolic – the most advanced form of folate supplementation available, with optimum stability and bioavailability. B vitamins are required for the release of energy from food, for the healthy function of the nervous system and for the production of hormones, and to support the circulatory and immune systems and help maintain the health of skin, hair and eyes.
We are offering one lucky winner the chance to win all 4 vitamins, totalling over £100, as well as a fantastic family organiser, portable coffee cup, stress toy and the most fabulous set of snack tubs, all of which really made me smile.

To be in with a chance of winning simply enter via the link below. One winner will be chosen at random and notified via email at close of giveaway on 28th October. Good luck!!
