Review & Giveaway: LOVELOX London Personalised Silver Heart Locket

This weekend it was Megan’s birthday and for such a long time she has been desperate for a locket. I can still remember getting my first silver locket as a child, engraved with my name and opening up to reveal photos of my family. I’ve had several lockets over the years but I still think about that little silver heart one a lot, and I really wanted Megan to have the same. Thanks to LOVELOX London and their amazing selection of jewellery I was able to create her something really special and she was over the moon to receive it!

LOVELOX London was created to make gifting more meaningful and they believe that there is no better gift than a personalised one. Lockets are definitely the kind of gift that you will treasure for always, especially when personally engraved and carrying photos of those who are closest to your heart. Creating a LOVELOX locket is easy, you simply choose your locket from a beautiful range in gold, silver and rose gold, choose the message you would like engraving, and then upload your images and check you’re happy with the positioning before adding it to the basket. There is even an option for two lengths of chain too!

When we received our locket I was so impressed first and foremost with the packaging, and then beautifully presented in a gorgeous white gift box which opened up to reveal the silver heart locket. Engraved in the UK by their in-house engravers, each letter is done with a diamond tipped engraving arm to make sure each letter is as sharp as the last. The lockets are then assembled by hand using professional grade glossy paper so the photos are amazing quality without any fading or pixellation.

Megan was over the moon with her locket on her birthday, throwing her arms around my neck with appreciation and promising to take excellent care of it as she grows. I hope she will really treasure it, her very first “real piece of jewellery” and in years to come, even when her jewellery box is very full, I hope it’s still her favourite.
