Sharing the Blog Love Showcase #49
Sharing The Blog Love Showcase #48

Welcome back to #SharingtheBlogLove and my weekly showcase post. I loved reading through all of your posts last week and it was so tough to choose just four! Unfortunately I can’t choose them all so here are my four favourites, be sure to check out Laura’s favourites here too.
Someplace strange
I loved this post, Seventeen years for better and for worse, where Nicola writes about celebrating seventeen years of marriage with her husband. Having only managed four years to my first husband, and five years to my second (still going strong!), I admire anyone who has a long and happy marriage. Nicola is very honest about her marriage, she doesn’t paint it as the fairy tale that so many people try to, and acknowledges that husbands can sometimes be really annoying – I totally relate to that!
Meme and Harri
Natalie’s post, Motherhood, really struck a chord with me. She writes about how Motherhood is tough as your life constantly evolves with every new stage and every passing year. I feel exactly the same way, just as I have mastered one stage, another comes along and throws me off balance, or our lives change with the introduction of school and a change in friendships. Motherhood is hard, but Natalie always writes about it so perfectly.
Talking Mums
Having recently bought a new family car ourselves, I loved this post, Why we love our BMW Sport Gran Tourer. Not only does the car look great, I love that colour, but it’s such a practical family car and I am always on the look out for reviews from other Mums whenever we make any big purchases. For anyone needing a new family car, this is a must read!
Mummy Snowy Owl
As a woman, and a Mother, I couldn’t agree more with this post, Can we stop with the bitching? I will never understand those women who try to knock each other down instead of building each other back up, and yet it’s something that we have no doubt all experienced at some point in our lives. Life is hard enough without dealing with bitchy comments and behaviours, and I love that this post reinforces that fact.
Please pop over and check out any of these posts that you have missed, show them a little love, spread a little happiness, and we hope to see you back here again next week!

Ooh, I must read the one from Mummy Snowy Owl. I missed that but I find myself asking that question a lot. Thanks for sharing! #SharingtheBlogLove
