Project Mc2 Spy Notebook

Ever since the girls discovered Project Mc2 on Netflix, they have been obsessed! They’ve been lucky enough to receive several of the dolls and cars over the last two years, and yet there is one item that Eva especially has had her eye on – the Mc2 A.D.I.S.N journal!

For those who aren’t familiar with Mc2, A.D.I.S.N is short for Advanced Digital Intelligence Spy Notebook, and that’s exactly what this is!

Priced at £24.99 the journal comes with a bracelet, recorded messages, invisible ink pen, UV light, a NOV8 missions book and two sticker sheets, and Eva was over the moon with it!

Her favourite thing was undoubtedly the unique way of opening the notebook, using a special bracelet to scan across the front and the notebook springs open and greets you!

Inside there is a compartment where you can put your mobile phone to interact with the NOV8 and the Project Mc2 website. I must add that this only works with Apple devices and yet even without the phone it could be used as a stand alone toy.

Eva loved the fact that it came with an invisible ink pen, something she has wanted for such a long time now and couldn’t wait to write her secret messages!

When it came to reading the messages with the UV light we initially struggled to actually find it. It turns out that the hidden compartment is so hidden it can be quite tricky to find!

When we eventually found the UV light the girls loved reading each others messages and acting out their own secret missions.

I love that you can use the pen in the mission book and in the journal itself which can be wiped clean with a damp cloth ready to share more secret notes.

Having waited for such a long time for the journal I asked Eva whether it was everything she had thought it would be, “It’s even better!” she had told me as she placed it on her bedside table and the secret bracelet under her pillow that night.

Going by the girl’s reactions I would definitely recommend this for any Project Mc2 fans this Christmas!

Amazing! I had a hollowed out book for concealing things as a kid – it wasn’t quite as hi-tech as this one though!
